Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a rattan bag that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We require you to send us photos of the defect or damage along with your order number, and we will either replace the item or issue a full refund.
Returns for Non-Defective Products:
We offer a 14-day return window for products that are unused and in their original packaging. To qualify for a return, the item must be in resalable condition.
Personalized Items: Please note that customized or personalized rattan bags, such as those with specific engravings or bespoke designs, are non-returnable unless they are defective.
How to Return:

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return authorization and shipping address.
After we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
